Carousel has been covering & padding bums for 20 years and
loving every moment.
I want to thank the many riders, dealers and give a special thank
you to those who over the years took time to call and thank me
for making such wonderful fitting riding tights.
Hearing the chant..."I Love my Carousel tights"! Always
brought a smile to my face and a great feeling.
All of you have made my past 20 years incredibility enjoyable and exciting! It
has been my pleasure to have grown up/aged together with you while enjoying our
favorite thing "riding" and you were riding in my tights, Smiling!
Carousel Action Wear Inc. was the first company to introduce
high-tech fabrics to the Equestrian riding world and we changed the equestrian riding world forever.
The first to add flashy colored side stripes, the first to add seat padding,
first to add knee padding and the first to offer wild colored suede full seats
britches.
Carousel Riding Tights, a product laughed at by some, embraced by thousands
of domestic and International riders of all disciplines. Carousel paved a
path for companies like wannabe Helmet Helpers, Kerrits, Saddle bums,
Tropical rider and Irideon and many more who have prospered as they jumped in to compete for a
piece of the Carousel Pie.
All of you are so awesome.

Last year, I planned to close Carousel after all my fabric
suppliers went over seas. Well, today is that day. If you have a current order placed with
Carousel, don't worry, your order will be completed and shipped to you very
soon.
I do have some fabrics left in stock. In May I will be posting photos
and a list of what is available for those of you who may want to purchase fabric by the yard.
Also the Name "Carousel", "Carouseltights.com", "Carousel Action Wear"
"California Tights" "Padded Bums" names are for sale. Yes, the patterns are available. The name is priced to sell and does not include gross/net profit
information.
Carousel has an excellent 20 year old name, valuable to any company
that may have products and needs name recognition.

Padding:
why ride with padding?
The Seat

Knee padding
is made of soft micro-fiber fleece made by Malden Mills.
The fleece is non pilling, best for transfers
moisture away
from the body
to help
eliminate chafing.
(padding is sewn on the
inside of the garment).
CoolMax Padding:
is the perfect solution for Riders
with
Sensitive needs.
A thin layer
of CoolMax covers
the fleece
padding, this helps
to transfer moisture
more efficiently.
CaroSuede Knee patches:
made of breathable
soft, durable micro-fibers.
Sewn on the outside of the fabric.
Will last hundreds of washings and will not fray or crack. |
